Despite a couple short power outages and some slightly chilly weather – our Festival was back today and launched in full-effect! Jose De la Nardo’s HOT Chili bar really hit the spot. Then the fresh-squeezed Lemonade booth cooled down our mouths. Bingo, small games of chance and the rides were all a buzz and the beer and hot food from Fran and the Italian Bread Place was delicious. Jamie Bruno played not one but TWO sets! See you tomorrow night!

The Festival starts next Monday June 7th! Everyone please say a prayer or two for good weather and we’ll see you there!

UPDATE: Our Rummage Sale was  a huge success and brought over $6500.00 in two days! Thanks to Dena Rose and her team for making it all happen.

It’s Festival Planning Time Again!

The 2010 St. Margaret Parish Festival will be taking place from June 7-12

We will be updating the website and sending out information to Parish and School families very soon. Any performing groups, vendors or companies interested in sponsorship opportunities should email us now HERE.

If you are a band, singer, magician, juggler, dancer, group, performer – we have a limited number of time slots available in our entertainment schedule for the 2010 SMOS Festival, June 7-12.

The festival is:

• Across the street from clear-channel radio stations

• Promoted on WDVE all week – they will be listing bands, performers, features and more

• A perfect place to try out your newest stuff

• A great venue, with high attendance
